Pediatric Health Foundations

Master evidence-based strategies across five key areas: nutrition for kids and teens, age-appropriate physical activity and movement, healthy sleep routines, mindset and emotional well-being to build resilience and support mental health, and creating supportive home and school environments.

Coaching & Behavior Change Skills

Learn powerful questioning and reflective listening techniques to guide families with empathy and effectiveness, behavior change science including habit formation and goal-setting strategies, and how to adapt your communication style for children, teens, and parents.
